In the event that we experience any unscheduled downtime which results in your forum being fully inaccessible, you will receive a credit on your next bill based on your plan's SLA percentage. You can calculate the credit your account will receive by using the following formula:

Discount on Next Bill = Next Bill × SLA % × Minutes of Downtime / Minutes in Month

The credit you receive cannot exceed your total bill amount. You must submit a ticket in our online system within one week of the incident to qualify for your SLA credit. The credit will be applied to your next billing cycle.
